At first traffic light, turn left onto S. Hamilton Road. Proceed one block and turn right onto John Mallette. Turn left onto County Hospital Road. Go to third stop sign and turn left onto Camilla Caldwell Lane. Turn right into the Knowles Assisted Living and Adult Day Services parking lot.
From Antioch
Take I-24 West to I- 40 West (toward Memphis) to I-65 North. Follow I-65 North and exit at Rosa Parks Blvd., exit 85. From Rivergate
Take I-65 South toward Nashville. Exit Briley Parkway West. Exit at County Hospital Road, exit 25. Turn left onto County Hospital Road. Turn right on to Camilla Caldwell Lane. Turn right into the Knowles Assisted Living and Adult Day Services parking lot.
