MISSION
Knowles Home Assisted Living and Adult Day Services, a division of the Hospital Authority, is a publicly funded facility committed to providing a continuum of innovative care and support to aging adults throughout Middle Tennessee. Knowles Home and Adult Day Services promotes quality living for aging adults challenged by economic, social, physical and cognitive issues by helping them live in the most independent environment possible. We assist in life’s transitions to appropriate levels of care by linking people, information and resources.
